Delivery & Pickup

Delivery & Pickup Policy
1. Delivery Service

We offer scooter delivery directly to your hotel, Airbnb, residence, or another agreed location for your convenience. Our team will ensure the scooter arrives ready to ride with fuel and basic instructions.

2. Delivery Areas

Delivery is available within the following service areas:

  • Aldea Zama

  • Veleta

  • Pueblo

  • Region 15

If your location is outside these areas, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery options.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees depend on the location:

  • Hotel Zone: $100 pesos one way / two way $150

Any applicable delivery fee will be communicated before confirming your reservation.

4. Delivery Time

Deliveries are available daily between:

9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Customers must provide a minimum of 3 hours notice for delivery requests. Same-day delivery is subject to availability.

5. Pickup Service

At the end of your rental period, we will arrange pickup of the scooter from the same location or another agreed location.

Customers must ensure they are present at the scheduled pickup time. Late pickups may result in additional rental charges.

6. Customer Responsibilities at Delivery

At the time of delivery, customers must:

  • Present a valid driver's license

  • Provide a security deposit

  • Review and sign the rental agreement

  • Inspect the scooter before accepting the rental

 
7. Delays or Changes

If you need to change the delivery or pickup location/time, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they cannot always be guaranteed.

 
8. Failed Delivery

If our driver arrives and the customer is not present after 15 minutes, the delivery may be canceled or rescheduled, and a delivery fee may apply.
